We’ll explain the process for treatment, and what our expected results will look like. Our technicians are honest – if we believe your carpet has been damaged beyond repair or has become a health issue due to mold or bacteria, we’ll explain why and recommend it be replaced, as opposed to cleaned.

Your carpets and upholstery will be dry within about 6 hours of our cleaning service. Wood and tile flooring will be dry in one hour. Our carpet cleaning method maximizes water extraction during the cleaning process, which means minimal drying time. It’s just another way we add value to your service – your time is important and we know you need to get back to business as usual in your home, as quickly as possible.

The length of time we spend in your home will depend upon (1) the service selected, (2) the size of the area to be serviced, and (3) stains or trouble areas that require extra attention. During your initial walk-through we’ll be able to provide an estimate of how long we’ll be in-home. As a general rule of thumb, expect anywhere from 2-5 hours for a whole house cleaning, or 90 minutes for a single room.
